I am not asking for any of my downpayment back, but there is a $350 fee to transfer the lease which the new owner will have to pay (non negotiable). There is 3 years and 72,000km remaining on the lease (about 24,000km a year), and the buyout is only around $12,500. To walk in and lease a 2009 from the dealer ends up being around 480 a month for the same equiptment, so this is an amazing deal for someone who wants to take advantage.
